Believed to be one and the same as "Ramierto Jefferson Halupe", Spook is a right hand man to Mr. Death. Standing at almost 7 feet and having a hideously disfigured face Spook is an excellent agent for intimidation and interrogation. Having little capacity for earning a living due to his grusome features Spook feels unable to break ties with the criminal organization he is allied with. It is believed that he hails from Puerto Rico.

Spook in not a cruel man at heart and enjoys the company of many pets at his remote home in Hungary.
